DSSF3 Basic

The advanced sound measurement software DSSF3 is now available in a free version, which includes the signal generator, sound recorder and player, and the peak level meter. DSSF3 Basic is compatible with the latest soundboards and allows the selection of two or more soundboards with ease. Additionally, the sampling rate can be set up to the maximum value permitted by the hardware, allowing for highly accurate measurements.

The Signal Generator feature allows for the generation of a stereo signal, including tone, noise, sweep, and pulse. With tone, users can choose from sinusoidal, triangle, square, and saw-tooth wave, and can generate different signals with specified frequencies in each channel. Users can also choose between white and pink noise. Sweep is a tone signal of which frequency varies continuously. Pulse signal is generated with a specified number of times, duration, and interval.

Recording with DSSF3 is easy and allows for up to approximately 10 minutes of sound to be captured. Additionally, playback of the recorded sound can be measured using the FFT analyzer, including Spectrum, octave analysis, oscilloscope, ACF and IACF measurements, all displayed simultaneously.
