DWebPro distributes dynamic web sites on CD/DVD with PHP, Perl, Python, Ruby, ASP 3.0 Classic, ASP.Net, MySQL, SQLite, Firebird, and PostgreSQL support. The free license is for non-commercial use.
One of the main features of DWebPro is the primary web server which includes support for CGI/ISAPI, such as PHP, Perl, and Python. Another feature is the ASPClassic web server, which offers limited support for ASP 3.0 Classic (details of which can be found in the PDF document ASPClassic Compatibility). DWebPro also offers a web server called dwebdotnet which provides support for ASP.Net (see PDF document ASP.Net Compatibility). Additionally, users have the option to use a built-in SMTP server to send emails.
The application has a simple interface for managing third-party database (DBs). Currently, DWebPro supports MySQL, SQLite, MS Access, HSQLDB, Firebird (also embedded), PostgreSQL, MSDE 2000, and SQL Server 2005. A cron job management system is also available, which enables users to schedule various tasks.
DWebPro offers a detailed list of all functionalities. Additionally, the software comes with support for PHP and includes extensions for interpreting encrypted scripts. The software mainly supports the encoding tool from IonCube Ltd. Corporation. However, the Zend Encoder, SourceGuardian, and PHTML Encoder can also be used.
Furthermore, DWebPro contains the DWebPro Encoder which is a little tool that encodes PHP scripts using the AES algorithm. The tool has limited functionalities when compared to the ionCube Cerberus and serves only as an entry-level protection system.
