ELATE

ELATE is a powerful software application, distributed as C source code that can be compiled with any other C/C++ program. It is designed to collect vital information about different conditions, situations, and events within the program and transform it into data items called "reports" that can be forwarded to one or multiple entities outside the program.

ELATE's functionality extends to several areas that are crucial for developers, including software debugging, resource usage tracing, logging of textual reports, and event tracing for application and system-level events.
