ESTminer

The results are then displayed as color-coded tree nodes where the color indicates the fractional size of each cDNA library component.

Users can expand the nodes to reveal library statistics and EST or contig members with links that can be configured for sequence data, GenBank records, or other user-configured links. Additionally, users can make "queries within queries." This software feature enables users to further filter the result set of a query by the subsequent query, providing users with more accurate results.
