Find/Set Lyrics of Current iTunes Track

If you're an iTunes user who wants to add lyrics to the tracks that you're currently playing, you might want to try out Find/Set Lyrics of Current iTunes Track. This is a pair of scripts that is free and easy to use, and it works with the Camino browser. Once you've installed the scripts, you can open a new tab and search for the lyrics of the track currently playing in iTunes using the LyricsWiki website. You'll then be able to set the lyrics of that track to the selected text.

It's worth noting that you'll need to click on the appropriate link in the search results and then highlight the lyrics yourself. This isn't something that can be automated. However, the overall process is pretty quick and easy, and it allows you to add lyrics to iTunes tracks directly from Camino.

To install the scripts, simply unzip and copy them to the path ~/Library/Scripts/Applications/Camino/ (the tilde represents your home folder). If any subfolders don't exist, you'll need to create them. Once you've done this, the script will appear under a "Camino Scripts" heading in your system-wide Script menu when Camino is the frontmost application.

If you're using Camino 1.6 or later, you can also place the script on the Camino toolbar by dragging it from the "Customize Toolbar" drop-down sheet. This makes it even easier to access the scripts and add lyrics to your iTunes tracks.
