Flare Browser

Flare is a remarkable web browser that is designed to provide an incredibly simple and beautiful browsing experience. It is a lightweight and fast browser that makes use of the latest features of Mac OS X including Multi-Touch and Core Animation. This browser is currently in the alpha stage and is available under the terms of the BSD license.

One of the unique features of Flare is mouse-over tabs which allow users to see a preview of the content. Additionally, users can press the Tab Expose button to view all their opened pages on a single screen. Moreover, the browser offers iconic and CoverFlow representations of bookmarks, and it's soon to be equipped with a 3D full-screen mode.

What makes Flare so impressive is its compatibility with Multi-Touch features on MacBook Air and MacBook Pro. With this feature, users can swipe with three fingers to switch tabs and pinch the web page to zoom in or out. The browser also allows users to enlarge or reduce the size of the toolbar buttons by pinching, and scale the visual bookmarks accordingly.

Despite being in its development phase, Flare already presents a fantastic platform for web browsing. It is worth noting, however, that the current versions are not representative of the final release and do not have many of the features planned.
