As a user of FileMaker Pro Advanced or FileMaker Developer, you may have experienced the frustration of not being able to easily determine whether Debug Scripts is On or Off. This information is only available by clicking on the Scripts or Tools menu and checking the Debug Scripts menu item. This can be inconvenient, especially when you've made modifications to a script and are unsure of its behavior when performed from within the 'Define Scripts for...' dialog.

Thankfully, FMMenulet solves this problem by displaying an icon in the system menu-bar that constantly reflects the current state of the Debug Scripts check mark. Not only that, but clicking on this icon toggles the state of the check mark and switches Debug Scripts on or off accordingly.

The icons are located in the top right of the menu bar, and their appearance differs depending on the state and version of the frontmost FileMaker Pro application. When no FileMaker Pro version is the frontmost application, no icon is displayed. If FileMaker Pro is frontmost and Debug Scripts is Off, a specific icon is shown. Finally, if FileMaker Pro is frontmost and Debug Scripts is On, a different icon is used.
