To use FreeTpl, you'll need PHP 4.1.1 or higher, one of the supported databases, including MySQL version 3.22.x or higher, PostgreSQL 7.1 or higher, or an ODBC connected database, and Zend Optimizer 2.1.0 or higher.
Please note that Zend Optimizer must be installed and configured correctly on your web server for FreeTpl to operate. You should check with your current hosting company to see if Zend Optimizer is installed on their server.
