Developed by GGobi Development Team
GGobi is an outstanding open-source visualization software that allows users to explore high-dimensional data, making it easier to understand relationships between various variables. Thanks to highly dynamic and interactive graphics, such as tours or parallel coordinates plots, and familiar graphics, like scatterplots or barcharts, this application is a must for anyone in the field of data analysis.

One of its most remarkable features is linked plots that allow users to brush and identify correlation between cases with low or high values in some variables. With the rggobi, they can examine the results of their R analyses fluently. Users can also tour high dimensions with the aim of easily seeing the separation between clusters and examine network data by laying it out graphically and linking it with other plots.

GGobi is also perfect for creating high-quality publication graphics. Users can draw dotplots, scatterplots, spineplots, histograms, parallel coordinate plots, scatterplot matrices, and link data points and lines between plots. Additionally, users can pan and zoom, rotate data in 3D, and control the tour of high-dimensional data using a sequence of 1D, 2D, and 2x1D projections, thus augmenting manual control and automatic projection pursuit guidance.

This software can act as a high-dimensional drawing tool, adding, moving, and drawing lines between points. It can also connect with R to perform statistical analyses and be extended using modular plugins.

To install this software, users need to follow the simple procedure of configuring, making, and installing. They may need to include /usr/local/lib in LD_LIBRARY_PATH if it is not already there. Notably, the new release has numerous minor bugfixes.

Overall, the GGobi software is an incredible tool for anyone in the data analysis field, making it easier to visualize and comprehend high-dimensional data using a variety of visualization tools.
