If you are a hardened crypto developer and in need of a support system for new tokens, look no further than gpkcs11. This software provides support functions to simplify the development of new tokens while featuring an automated testing environment and a complete software token. Additionally, gpkcs11 serves as a powerful testing tool for new applications that involve cryptographic support. Although a core set of functions have already been implemented, more testing is still required.

Some features are still lacking and will be implemented as soon as possible, including proper SO/token reset support, thread safety, and multi-session/multi-app support. Nonetheless, if you need a feature that has not been implemented yet, don't hesitate to reach out. While I may ask for your cooperation, I may also consider bumping it up on my feature list.

Please note that this library is best suited for experienced crypto developers who are able to contribute to further development. Recently, I discovered that the code is now usable with the Netscape Communicator, but some issues with symbol collisions had to be addressed before we could compile and link it with the ceay token.
