Gracion Enclose offers a hassle-free way to share media and documents without the limitations of email attachments. Instead of the traditional method of enclosing files in emails, this software enables you to upload your files to a server and sends a download link to your recipient all in one step.
Using Gracion Enclose is as easy as drag, drop, and send. You can drag one or more documents, or a folder, to the Enclose window or dock icon. Once there, you can address the email message, make any desired modifications to the email text, and then click send. You can even drag the URL from the big icon to an iChat text window for instant delivery, making it faster and more reliable than sending files via iChat.
Other software applications like email programs or word processors can use the URL generated by Enclose. Files will remain on your server for the period specified in preferences or until you need room for newer files.
