The GTKmonop project is a software designed to serve as a client for Rob Kaper's monopd monopoly daemon. Its goal is to achieve complete compatibility with other clients that utilize monopd, such as kmonop. The network protocol used in the software is in XML format. The development of the software is aided by the use of source code taken from the highly regarded tetrinet client, GTetrinet.
