This software extracts browsing history from Internet Explorer and provides a list of visited website URLs from the past few days.
I recently tried out a software utility that addressed one of my long-standing issues with Internet Explorer. Every time I typed a URL in the address bar or clicked on a link, the URL got added to the history index file. While IE would suggest URLs based on the characters I typed, I couldn't view or edit the entire list of URLs stored in the history file.
Thankfully, this software utility was able to help me out. It reads all the information from the history file on my computer and displays a comprehensive list of all the URLs I've visited in the last few days. I could even view the URLs visited by other user profiles on my computer and on a remote computer if I had permission to access the history folder.
In addition, the utility allowed me to select one or more URLs and remove them from the history file or save them in a text, HTML, or XML file. Overall, I found this software utility to be a simple yet effective solution to my issue with IE's history list.
