ImagePlacer is a robust publishing software that enables users to imprint graphic images on designated pages of a PDF file.

If you choose to stamp the graphic as an overlay, it will appear in the foreground of the appropriate page. On the other hand, if you choose to stamp it as a watermark, it will appear in the background of the appropriate page behind any existing text. What's more, images stamped as an overlay can also be made transparent, which means that the text beneath the graphic remains readable.
However, users should be cautious as ImagePlacer permanently embeds any graphic you import into the PDF file once it is saved. Before saving a file, users can use Acrobat's standard File > Revert feature to revert to the last saved version of the file. But once a file is saved with a graphic that was stamped using ImagePlacer, users will not be able to remove the graphic subsequently. This is something to keep in mind to avoid any unintended permanent modifications to your PDF document.
