Intelligent Wardialer offers full and normal logging. Full logging records all possible events during dialing (busy signals, no answers, carriers, etc). By default, it only records things that might be interesting (carriers, possible telco equipment).
This program offers both ASCII flat file and MySQL logging options. This makes it easy to log traditional ASCII files, as well as record information into a MySQL database.
The software offers the ability to dial randomly or sequentially, and it can also identify remote systems by remaining connected and attempting to identify the remote system type.
If you hear something interesting while actively listening to the software, you can manually "mark" it by hitting a key. You can also enter a "note" about something you find interesting.
Intelligent Wardialer supports multiple modems in Unix environments. The program offers a curses-based display, meaning it will work fine from a Linux console or a VT100 based terminal.
