INTERNAL CADVIEWER is a free AutoCAD add-on that allows you to browse, view, and open DWG drawings from your computer or CD-ROM. It's an ideal solution for easily accessing your DWG catalogues.
I recently had the opportunity to use the INTERNAL CADVIEWER, a free DWG viewer that can be launched directly from AutoCAD. This AutoCAD add-on is a great tool for browsing, viewing or opening drawings stored on your computer or CD-ROM (such as DWG catalogues).
With INTERNAL CADVIEWER, you have the option to view or open the next, previous, first or last drawing in the current folder (i.e. the folder of the current drawing). Additionally, you can view a sequence of drawings in a slide show with a defined time delay.
The thumbnail mode feature in INTERNAL CADVIEWER allows you to view multiple drawings simultaneously in a reduced size, and the drawings can be opened directly from their thumbnails. There's even a thumbnail slide show available.
Furthermore, the Open button enables you to select another folder with DWG files or to open another drawing. You can also add the selected folder to your favorite folders for easy access in the future.
Overall, I found INTERNAL CADVIEWER to be a very useful and user-friendly software, and it definitely enhances the AutoCAD experience.
