The integrated voice recording feature and the categorization of records and color labeling have also come in handy when keeping my notes organized.
Other features that I have found extremely useful include the QuickSearch with saved search values, the sorting of data, and the printing of notes on printer or to PDF format. It's also worth mentioning that ical appointments can be created from notes, integrated spellcheck in several languages is available and a Search&Replace function is included, together with record locking that prohibits deletion of records.
Finally, INtex Daily vX supports Applescript and has URL and mailto links for Internet and communication integration, making it a versatile and powerful tool that can be customized to suit individual needs.
