JotBot

JotBot is a time-management/logging application that has a simple and comprehensive approach to seamlessly keep track of your daily tasks. With JotBot, users no longer have to worry about remembering to log their time, as the software unobtrusively records what they're doing every 15 minutes.

The application presents log data in a tree-like fashion, allowing users to collapse and expand particular categories of data according to their preference. With JotBot, users can get a bird's eye view of the data they want to see, making it easy to answer the question, "Where did my day go?".

JotBot is a minimalist app that comes in the form of a single, small icon in the tray. Users can create their report filters using a crisp, dynamic interface. The app integrates with the System Tray (Windows/Linux) and Menu Bar (Mac), making it accessible but still out of the way.

Additionally, JotBot has scalable icons, providing users with crisp and sharp icons regardless of the resolution. The software is a 'no window app,' meaning it doesn't have a big window to clutter up a user's busy workspace. To use it, they can simply right-click on the tray icon.

Finally, JotBot displays the tracked data with an expanding/collapsing report viewer. It keeps users informed of everything that's going on while it loads so that they are not left in the dark.
