Lady Jane presents a challenging puzzle; can you solve it?
Lady Jane Solitaire is an engaging card game that challenges players to move all cards to 8 foundations by suit from A to K. This game is played using 2 decks of standard playing cards.
Upon starting the game, 10 tableau piles will be dealt 1 to 10 cards from left to right. There are 8 foundations located above the tableau piles, and 3 upturned cards will be dealt to the discard pile on the left. The remaining cards will be downturned and placed to the stock pile on the left of the discard pile.
To move cards, players must build down the tableau piles regardless of suits. This means that a 7 of spades can be moved to the top of an 8 of any suit. If players build down a group of cards by suit, they can move the whole group to another tableau pile when the starting card of that group is of an immediately lower ranking than the topmost card of the target tableau pile.
An empty tableau pile can occupy any card. Players may click the stock pile to deal 3 new cards to the discard pile. However, note that each time, you can only move the topmost card on the discard pile. If the stock pile is used up, you have one chance to redeal.
Should players feel unsatisfied with their progress, they can click the Give Up button at the bottom of the screen to end the current game. However, if they can solve the puzzle quickly, Lady Jane will generously reward them!
