SQL Password is a password recovery software that can instantly reset or recover lost passwords for MS SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2005, and 2008 (all editions).

Due to the complexity of the security system implemented in MS SQL Server, two options are available when recovering lost or forgotten passwords. The first option involves trying to recover the original password. MS SQL Server encrypts passwords with sophisticated encryption algorithms that are hard to decrypt. SQL Password uses three recovery methods, namely Brute Force Attack, Dictionary Attack, and Smart Force Attack. Although there is no guarantee that the original password will be recovered through this method, it is still a viable option.
The second option is to reset the password to a known one. SQL Password accomplishes this by modifying the master.mdf file where SQL Server stores passwords. This operation is carried out instantly, and the new password can be used to log into the database immediately. Although the old password remains unknown, the change is transparent, and you can continue to work with the database as usual.
SQL Password can recover or reset any password found in the user accounts file of MS SQL Server, including the password for the system administrator ("sa"). The software is efficient, reliable, and easy-to-use, like every other our password recovery tool.
It is important to note that if SQL Server is configured to use the standard Windows security accounts ("Windows authentication mode"), SQL Password will not be able to recover passwords. Instead, SQL Password can recover passwords if SQL Server uses SQL authentication.
