Last.fm Current Track is an Adium script that is completely free to use. It is designed to assist you in displaying the currently playing song in Last.fm directly within Adium. In order to use it, all you need to do is place the following code in your name, status message, or message: %_lastfmtrack{username,delay}.
You will need to include your own Last.fm username in the code, as well as set the refresh time for fetching tracks from the server. Adium normally refreshes every 30 seconds, so setting the delay to '6' will enable you to retrieve updated tracks every 3 minutes.
