I recently tried out MacAppStuff Rest, a software designed to allow users to take breaks while using a computer for extended periods of time. As someone who spends a lot of time in front of a computer, I was eager to see if this tool could help me prevent eyestrain, stiff neck, headaches, back aches, and RSI.
