Magic Bullet Frames is a software that can take interlaced video and give it the film-like 24p look. This software provides high-quality footage at high speeds, right from within your editor, with the help of sophisticated algorithms. You can choose between motion-adaptive and field-blended approaches to get the professional de-interlaced look of 24p film.

The NTSC-to-24p and De-interlacing filters offer both a field-blended and a motion-adaptive de-interlacing option that deliver artifact-free video. Along with these filters, Magic Bullet Frames includes letterboxing and line offset controls to create mattes and adjust the image inside the letterbox area.

Thanks to two new conversion algorithms, this software significantly reduces rendering time. Field blending for speed and a new motion-adaptive algorithm that uses edge line adaptive de-interlacing to intelligently smooth the edges of moving areas in the final frame. Both of these approaches render much faster than previous versions. Speed and quality – what more could you ask for?

With the capability of true 24p conversion in every host editor from interlaced material (including PAL, NTSC, and HD interlaced formats) this software is compatible with Adobe After Effects CS3, 7, Adobe Premiere Pro CS3, Apple Final Cut Pro 6, and Apple Motion 3.02. The new filters support greater than 8-bit per channel processing in all hosts, and the new package includes Intel Mac support for updated applications.
