This software is designed to simplify your emailing experience. It allows you to attach files easily by simply dragging and dropping your files and folders to Mailplane. The software automatically uploads the files and attaches them to your message. Additionally, pictures get optimized and resized to reduce the size of your message.

Mailplane also allows you to send screenshots with just one click. You can easily grab a portion of your screen and attach it to your message. You can also send pictures from iPhoto, making the process of sending picture attachments so easy. Simply select any pictures in iPhoto, then press the email button. That's it.

Mailplane stores passwords safely in the Mac keychain and automatically logs you in at startup, eliminating the need to enter passwords every two weeks. Additionally, you can download attachments and reveal them in Finder. If the attachment is a photo or even a ZIP file containing pictures, you can import them directly to iPhoto.

This software also lets you know when new mail arrives with a sound, by showing the number of unread messages in the application icon, and via the Growl notification system. With Mailplane, you have full control of Google Mail with your keyboard by using Mac keystrokes. You can also access the flexible and customizable toolbar.
