MakeGIF is a command line software that generates animated GIFs in batch mode from images created by MS Paint, Adobe Photoshop or any other tool. With optimization tools, users can compress their GIFs for better sharing. MakeGIF also allows the inclusion of hidden signatures in the GIF files.

Program features include: the ability to create GIF files from images in BMP, JPEG (JPG), GIF, ICO, PSD, PNG, TGA, PCX, WMF, and EMF formats. It also allows you to create "constructed images" such as text, rectangle, round rectangle, and ellipse.
MakeGIF makes it easy to edit, delete, and move any image in the list of images. You can rotate, flip, duplicate, and stretch images with ease. In addition, you can define animation parameters such as the number of loops for GIF files and the delay for each image.
With MakeGIF, you can define offset, transparency, interlacing, method of removing, and the use of global or local palette for each separate image. It also allows you to define the logical screen size in pixels and create output GIF files with fixed sizes, such as for mobile phone screens.
MakeGIF optimizes the size of your GIF file while saving specified global and frame attributes for other animations as default. You can also export GIF frames to BMP, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, SWF, and TGA files as well as create a GIF to BMP strip.
MakeGIF even adds hidden signatures to GIF files to protect them from unauthorized use on the Web or in other media. It checks for the presence of your signatures in GIF files, saves information about source graphical files and animation parameters in BAT files, and generates HTML links.
Overall, MakeGIF is a powerful software that provides you with all the tools you need to create stunning GIF files from the command line with ease.
