This software analyzes and processes surface images from SPM/AFMs. It supports Veeco/DI, NT-MDT, and MPRI file types.

One of the standout features of n-Surf is its virtual main frame and unique multidocument interface. This enables users to easily and concurrently work with a variety of images, enjoying freedom in manipulating different views of their documents within the n-Surf environment. The software takes full advantage of modern Windows 2000/XP facilities, such as Thumbnails, Clipboard, Float toolbars, Contexts Help, and more, to ensure an optimal user experience.
The superior printing quality of n-Surf is tailored to meet the needs of all users. The software's basic concept consists of presenting all images in the form of three views: 2D, Bump, and 3D, each with its own strengths and weaknesses. This approach affords users the freedom to choose the most workable view for their specific problems.
n-Surf provides researchers with a wealth of facilities and processing methods. These include a variety of filters, such as Arithmetic mean, Median, Laplacian, Gaussian, High-pass, Low-pass, Sharpening, Prewitt, Scharr, Sobel, Roberts, and more, as well as dilate and erode morphological operations. Fourier transform and Autocorrelation, roughness analysis, height histogram, bearing curve, profiles, and special operations like Jump elimination, Flatting, and Plane fitting are also included.
While this list is by no means exhaustive, n-Surf is constantly under development and will undergo replenishment in the future. The software team is also open to customer suggestions, ensuring that there is always room for the implementation of specific ideas. Overall, n-Surf is a powerful and flexible software that offers researchers the latest tools in SPM/AFM image analysis.
