This software review is focused on a much-enhanced version of the old Battleship game, with many new features. Among these features is a larger board measuring 21 x 21. In addition, there are both defensive and offensive weaponry such as AA-Guns, Recon planes, Bombers, and even ICBMs.

This version provides much more opportunity for strategy and is less dependent on random chance for the outcome. To create a player board layout, players use a military budget, with minimum quotas for offensive and defensive armament, plus a discretionary amount to be used as desired.

In this game, players must buy all ships and other offensive and defensive armament, unlike the fixed assortment of ships in traditional Battleship games, such as 1 Carrier, 1 Battleship, and 2 Destroyers. Players are free to pick any assortment of ships they desire--all carriers, 1 or 2 Battleships, 1 or 2 submarines, etc.

Overall, this enhanced version of the Battleship game is a must-try for anyone who enjoyed the original game. The added features and new strategic elements make for a more challenging and exciting experience.
