As a software enthusiast, I recently got the opportunity to try out the Nerdy Lines theme, which is based on the Kreski Lines icon theme. However, I found the original theme to be non-scalable and incomplete, which gave my desktop an unfinished look.

Thankfully, the creators of the Nerdy Lines theme recognized this issue and went ahead to fix it. In this latest version, all the icons have been redrawn completely from scratch in SVG-format, ensuring that they are now scalable and complete.

Installing the theme is a breeze. You can untar the archive to ~/.icons, or simply drag and drop it to the gnome theme manager, and it will automatically install. And the best part? The theme comes with a new feature, "Getting my desktop icons done (part III)", that ensures your desktop icons are fully aligned with the theme.

Overall, the Nerdy Lines theme offers an excellent solution for anyone looking to give their desktop a complete and polished look. The new scalable icons offer a seamless experience, and the easy installation process is a welcome bonus. Highly recommended!
