Oculens Document Imaging Pack is a software that identifies barcodes within images and separates them into individual files named after the barcode. The split images are then processed and released to the system in the background.

The first component, Oculens Document Imaging Service, is a standard Windows service that locates and recognizes separating barcodes in image files situated in the input folder. The service automatically splits the image files, starting from the barcode page, and saves them as separate files in the output folder. The barcode page's content determines the name of the output document file, while optional Optical Character Recognition (OCR) is performed before the document is released to background systems. The service caters to enterprise-wide document imaging requirements promptly and efficiently.
The second component, Oculens DI ScanStation, is a desktop application designed for straightforward scanning and document capture. ScanStation allows the user to scan a large quantity of paper documents and create digital copies of the documents using barcodes for further processing accurately.
Oculens DI Desktop is the third component, a simplified version of the Oculens DI Service, designed for easy deployment and ad hoc user requirements. Although it contains a subset of Oculens Document Imaging Service's capabilities, it offers easy and obvious operations, making it ideal for ad hoc document separation in a Windows desktop environment.
The fourth component, Oculens Barcode Printer, offers users an easy way to print barcode labels to attach to physical documents. The printed labels are then processed by any Oculens DI software, and the related documents are separated automatically.
All components that make up the Solution Pack are also available individually at a reduced price. Overall, the Oculens Document Imaging (DI) Solution Pack is an incredible software bundle for enterprises looking for a simple and efficient way to manage their document imaging needs.
