Oranna is an application designed for Oracle clients.
Oranna is a software application that provides a graphical user interface (GUI) for viewing and modifying objects within an Oracle database. With Oranna, users can easily interact with tables, procedures, and other database elements.
Although Oranna is still in its early stages of development, new features are being added on a monthly basis. The app is built using GTKSourceView and a customized version of GtkSheet, in addition to the libsqlora dev application that helps tie the Oranna app with Oracle libraries.
To use Oranna, users must have a few requirements, including Glib version 2.3.3, Gtk 2.2.4 (or a newer version such as gtk2.6), libsqlora, Pango, pkg-config version 0.15, the Oracle client for i386 (Version 8.1.7 is sufficient), gtksheet2, and the Oranna src code.
Despite the fact that Oranna is still in its pre-alpha version, it offers users basic functionality. There are still many bugs and a lack of features, but development progress is ongoing, and new features are being added to the software all the time.
