OsMonitor is a network computer monitoring software that provides detailed information about employee computer activity on a server. It has a small file size, making it the smallest among similar products.

In addition to monitoring, OsMonitor Employee Monitoring Software is equipped to monitor or record employees’ screenshots or camera shots, websites visited, chat or instant messaging conversations, emails through Outlook (including attachments and SSL emails), file tracking such as copying, deleting, renaming, sharing, and plugging or ejecting USB disks, as well as application usage and windows opened. The software also keeps track of bandwidth or networking download and upload speeds in real-time. All of this monitoring data is safely stored on the OsMonitor server computer, even if employees delete their history on their own computers.
Aside from monitoring employee activities, OsMonitor can also be used to block non-business related or dangerous actions such as games or other unnecessary applications, websites using URL keywords, and USB disks by setting USB disks to read-only mode. Furthermore, users can block Windows by specific window title keywords, block large downloads or uploads that continuously occupy the bandwidth, and even send alerts to employees when the aforementioned actions occur (customizable settings available).
OsMonitor users can query all infractions on the OsMonitor server and print a report. The software allows the creation of policies for specific employees or departments, giving more control over how each user is monitored. Additionally, OsMonitor also serves as a powerful Network Management Software where users can remotely access their employee's desktop, enabling them to operate the target computers like their own. OsMonitor even safeguards users’ vital documents, allowing them to back up documents like Word and Excel automatically and store them on the server. Finally, OsMonitor users can analyze the software’s statistics to determine the amount of time their employees’ spend on each website, making statistics of how efficiently each member of the team works.
