PAS automates the handling of documents, simplifying the document workflows and circulation within an organization. It receives, processes and routes documents, streamlining the whole process. Use PAS to streamline your document workflows and simplify circulation in your organization.

The REST API Module of PDF Automation Server provides a complete set of PDF processing and conversion functions within a reliable REST server ecosystem that can seamlessly integrate into your current document workflows, and work alongside 3rd party integration and orchestration products.
PDF Automation Server also has an HTML PDF Markup Module that enables markup of PDF documents in the browser. PAS can convert documents to HTML on-the-spot and can serve them to an HTML/Javascript module in the browser, which allows end-users to add and edit annotations to the PDF, as well as search the document. The changes are sent back to the server to merge them back into the PDF document when saved.
Moreover, PAS can receive documents from various formats, including email, ftp servers, and local or network folders through its Workflow Module. Processes can then be defined separately for each document source to perform various functions on the documents, such as conversion, data merging, assembly, encryption, printing, preflighting and more.
Another fantastic feature of PDF Automation Server is that all workflow servers can easily integrate with it through its REST API module. Most enterprise software provides modules to handle workflows, where PAS allows the adding of PDF functionality to the document process. Besides, software products such as ESB and BPM servers whose sole function is to run workflows can also make calls to 3rd party systems through REST APIs, including making calls to our PDF Automation Server.
