PG Real Estate is an open-source script for building real estate sites with a flexible structure that can meet the needs of individual realtors, real estate companies or webmasters that provide listing services.
You can have a site for a separate realtor or real estate company, or use it as a ready-made real estate portal providing services on real estate activities. There are four property search options available: "looking to sell", "looking to lease", "looking to buy" and "looking to rent". You can also turn off options "looking to buy" and "looking to rent" if you plan to launch a site for an individual realtor or real estate company that only provides property for sale and property for lease.
The listings can include images, video and photo files. By setting the exact address of the property, you can view it on Yahoo Maps. There are several features available such as an internal mailbox system, online contact forms, detailed statistics for listings, system notifications for site visitors and administrator, news, and referential information pages for site visitors.
If you use the system as a real estate portal providing FSBO / Flat Fee listings website services, you can use any of the four built-in paid services for your site members. You can also choose a payment system for the site from the list of available preinstalled payment gateways such as Paypal, 2checkout, and more.
