Pongix

I recently tried out Pongix, a two-player video game inspired by the classic Pong. The game is fairly simple in nature and was developed as a part of a proposal called "Pong" by several users on the SDL mailing list in Spanish. The proposal involved developing multiple versions of Pong using SDL libraries, where each version could have its own variations.

To install Pongix, you'll need to have SDL and SDL_image libraries installed. Once you have those installed, the installation process is fairly straightforward. Simply navigate to the directory containing the source code and run the "./configure" command to configure the package based on your system.

Once the configuration process is complete, run the "make" command to compile the package. If you wish to run self-tests included in the package, you can run "make check". Once the compilation process is complete and you're satisfied with the package, you can run "make install" to install the game, its data files, and documentation.

If you want to remove the program binaries and object flies from the source code directory, you can run "make clean". If you wish to remove any files created during the configuration process, you can run "make distclean". There is also a "make maintainer-clean" target, which is intended for the package's developers.

Overall, I really enjoyed playing Pongix. The game is simple, yet addictive, and it's a great way to spend a few minutes with a friend. The installation process was smooth and easy to follow, and the game itself is well-designed and fun to play. I'd definitely recommend Pongix to anyone looking for a fun and simple video game to play with friends.
