Potolook plugin for Microsoft Outlook

Microsoft Outlook is a widely-used e-mail messaging and management system that's essential for daily business operations. Every second saved on repetitive tasks can yield hours saved every week, and that's why Outlook plug-ins are gaining in popularity.

As a frequent user of Outlook, I've tried and tested numerous plug-ins. Another useful module is Highlighter, which helps to avoid confusion when corresponding with customer support. It colors and styles quotes of varying levels, so you're not left with an indecipherable jumble of quotations.

The Quick Viewer for Attachments is another handy tool that lets you view attached images and documents without having to save them first. Attachments Compressor automatically zips your attachments before sending, saving you a lot of manual handling.

Potolook also includes a Personalized Newsletter feature, Discussion Group utilities, and other modules that make daily work easier. Overall, Potolook offers a magic pot of useful tools for maximizing our Outlook experience.
