I recently had the opportunity to test out the Print Message w-Attach X software and was thoroughly impressed with its functionality. This software allows you to easily print out one or multiple email messages, including a record of any attachments that were sent.
This feature is incredibly useful for those who need to keep a hard copy of email transactions with clients or correspondents. The list of attachments is conveniently listed at the bottom of the printed message, so you don't have to worry about forgetting which attachments were sent.
Even if there are no attachments, the software will add a "(no attachments)" line to ensure that everything is accounted for. Additionally, the program can be run with just a keyboard shortcut for even more convenience.
