Project Summary Doclet is a compact doclet that retrieves release details and connects report entities with SF tracker items.
The Doclet project called "Project Summary Doclet" has been created to extract release information and link report items to SF tracker items. This software makes it easy to generate a flat report that summarizes changes, known bugs, and tasks. The default output format of this software is HTML, but the generation of the reports is fully customizable through a simple properties file.
In addition, this software has the advantage of being able to supplement the existing SourceForge.net project tracker infrastructure by automatically linking report items directly to their corresponding tracker items. In the latest release of this software, all report texts have been transformed into text patterns and are now stored in a properties file. A navigation bar has also been added to the beginning and the end of the report to help the user navigate through the different sections.
To use this software, simply type the following command: javadoc -d [output (initial) directory] -doclet antey.doclet.SummaryDoclet -docletpath [path to project's build directory] [files to process].
