QCreateVOB creates VOB movie files.
QCreateVOB is a software program that allows users to create VOB movie files, using a variety of tools including transcode, ffmpeg, sox, multimux, and mplayer. With QCreateVOB, users can easily convert movies from AVI, WMV, and MPEG 1/2 to VOB files, which are designed for use with DVDs.
In order to use QCreateVOB, users must have a number of requirements in place, including transcode (tested with 0.6.14), ffmpeg (tested with 0.4.9_pre1), sox (needed only for converting to surround, tested with 12.17.6-r1), multimux (needed only for converting to surround, tested with 0.2.2), and either tcmplex or mplex. It is recommended to use mplayer for converting from *.WMV and *.MOV (but note that it has not been thoroughly tested).
At present, QCreateVOB supports video formats such as AVI, MPEG 1/2, and WMV, but additional formats could be added in future releases. This software has recently been updated with several new features, including a fix for a compilation bug (scr.h), a Gamma correction widget, a save dialog size option, and a splash screen for the Border selection dialog.
