Quark 6 Font reset - software update for Quark 6 that enhances the Font menu.
I recently had the opportunity to use QuarkXPress 6 for a project, and I found that it didn't reflect fonts that were installed after the application had been installed. I learned that this was due to the "ttfont" file located in the Library Preferences.
However, I discovered the Quark 6 Font reset script, which was a lifesaver! This script simply deletes the "ttfont" file and allows Quark to rebuild it with the latest font information available. As a result, all of my installed fonts were reflected in QuarkXPress 6, saving me the headache and hassle of having to manually add each font.
