QuickMenuMC

QuickMenuMC is a convenient Thunderbird extension that allows for easy MoveTo and CopyTo operations via a QuickMenu. By memorizing frequently used folders, QuickMenuMC offers quick access to copy or move messages to these folders. With the default setting being 4 folders, users can adjust the number of folders to be memorized through the config editor (/Tools/Options.../Advanced/General/Config Editor/QuickMenuMC.Slots).

To use QuickMenuMC, you must have Thunderbird version 1.5 to 1.5.0.* installed. However, there are a few known issues that users should be aware of before installation. Firstly, MboxImport may cause problems during installation, so it must be temporarily deactivated. Secondly, the QMMC menu may not appear in the context menu of an open message – a problem that is currently being addressed. Lastly, there may be difficulties with some special characters (e.g. Chinese), but steps are being taken to fix this problem.

Overall, QuickMenuMC is a useful Thunderbird extension that simplifies moving and copying messages in the program. While there are some known issues, these are actively being addressed and do not detract from the usefulness of the extension.
