I recently had the pleasure of trying out a program that manages appointments and client information all in one place, specifically designed for use in businesses with one or more professionals on staff. I was particularly impressed with the flexibility of the software, making it useful for a variety of enterprises such as hairdressers, lawyers, and accountants.
One great feature of this program is the ability to prepare invoices based on appointments, streamlining the billing process. Additionally, the program allows you to easily make mailings to selected customers. Another perk is the choice between English and French interface (with more languages in the works).
One of my favorite aspects of the program is the ease with which backups can be made directly from the program. In the event of data corruption resulting from system breakdowns, data recovery is also a breeze – it’s automatically effected with no need for additional work on the user’s part.
Currently, the shareware program operates on a single computer, but an upgrade can be obtained for use on two or more computers on a network. Another upgrade is available for a version of the program specifically designed for medical clinics. Overall, I found this program to be user-friendly and efficient, with a variety of features that cater to a range of businesses.
