Salaat Time is a free Islamic app that computes the five daily prayer times and Qiblah direction globally. It includes an Athan sound and visual notifications to signal the prayer times.

Once installed, Salaat Time resides in the system tray and provides audible and/or visual alerts at the prescribed times. Users can choose from various included athans or use their own athan for each prayer, and set different athans at different prayer times or use the random feature. The discreet visual alerts include balloon tips and tray flash for convenience.
Users can also view the Qiblah direction in graphical compass-like format and track the time until the next prayer on a dynamic graphical interface. Salaat Time offers daily, monthly, and yearly prayer time views and a perpetual side-by-side monthly Hijri/Gregorian calendar. This calendar highlights important Islamic dates and moon phases, and users can transform Hijri dates to Gregorian and vice versa, and export and print monthly prayer time calendars in both Hijri and/or Gregorian formats.
Another unique feature of Salaat Time is the ability to listen to the Quran from a selection of Suras and Ayaats. Users can also create a custom folder to collect their Athans/Quran Recitations/Images to be randomly selected, and display a random Islamic image at each prayer time or use their own.
Furthermore, Salaat Time provides automatic daylight savings time adjustment of all prayer times, change the color and appearance of the daily clocks and calendars, and supports multilingual module. Users can select from Arabic, English, French or by loading a language file, and choose from all prayer time calculation methods available with optional adjustment of calculated times.
Salaat Time even offers Dynamic Data Exchange Server support, DDE Interface, as well as optional before and/or after reminders using audio and/or visual alerts. With its extensive range of features, Salaat Time is a highly recommended software tool for all devout Muslims.
