I recently came across a software that I would like to review called SDL and MSC for Visio. This software offers a variety of diagram types including Package, System, Block, Procedure, Process, Service, Substructure, Operator, Method, State, State aggregation, HMSC, and MSC. It's important to note that certain items are only available in the registered version.
In addition to the diagram types, this software also offers an Add-on and Template that provides a complete application for creating SDL and MSC diagrams. Similar to the diagram types, certain features are only available in the registered version. However, these features include creating correctly formatted diagrams for all SDL and MSC diagram types, page resizing and formatting for any size page, custom properties to modify pages and symbols, prevention of illegal symbols being placed into diagrams and generation of connection points. Furthermore, there is a syntax check of process/procedure diagrams available.
