SAP

SAP is a command-line audio player that leverages Vala and the GStreamer library for audio playback while utilizing Ncurses for an interactive interface. Thanks to this design, SAP can play any audio file that GStreamer supports, both locally saved and streaming files over HTTP.

SAP offers several command-line arguments, such as playing a list of audio files (-l), playing a list randomly (-r), and playing a list continuously (-c).

As for controls, SAP supports many keypresses to interact with the player while it's running. These commands allow you to pause the audio (Space Bar), quit (q), adjust the volume (Up/Down Arrow), seek forward or backward (Left/Right Arrow), and play the previous or next file in the list (b/n). For VI(M) users who are accustomed to using "h,j,k,l" keys, these behave in a similar fashion to the Arrow keys.
