This software is specifically designed for Service-centers that deal with repairing radio equipment and other similar appliances. The program is capable of functioning locally and over the internet with a mySQL database. For local operations, installing the server on the computer and registering as a server localhost or 127.0.0.1 is enough.

Once installed, this software provides an array of functionalities including Masterful, Spare parts, Second-hand, Shop, Price-list, Cash, and Lists. With Masterful, you can handle acceptance, workshop, delivery, search, returns, and reports. Using Spare parts, you can manage arrival, charge, write-off, returns, and generate reports. Second-hand is ideal for purchase, completion, sale, search, and producing reports. The Shop is designed for arrival, sales, write-off, returns, pricing, labeling, and reports. The Price-list feature enables viewing and editing of price lists, and Cash is used for Incash-payments-Z-report and reporting of all operations. Lists, on the other hand, features typical malfunctions, client lists, blacklists, IMEI models, and suppliers.

Some additional features include the auto-detection of equipment through serial numbers, flexible document templates in rtf format, support for using a bar code in receipts and price lists with code39, points registration (quantity not limited), adjusting each copy of the program as a point having set (ID), Control system of users and priorities, Import-export out-in Excel, and export in HTML.

Furthermore, this software also comes with an editor for the database, note-taker, scheduler, chart-service, and automatic backup of bases with an opportunity of restoration from *.sql a file.
