The Sharepoint Feature List Data CSV Export enables the export of any list structure to CSV format with a simple user interface.
This feature enables you to export any list structure into any CSV format by installing the CSV List Export Rules list definition and creating a single central list instance in the top-level web site of your site collection. You can define export rules in this list, where each list item represents an export rule. This export rule specifies a title, all list definitions and templates to which the rule applies, and an ordered listing of all columns to be included in the CSV export file.
Moreover, you can also provide alternative column names for the CSV export file. Once you have created your CSV export rule, it appears as a command in the Actions menu of each list instance to which the rule applies. The menu item label is the title of your export rule. With just one click, you can invoke the command and a download dialog is displayed for a CSV file that contains the list data structured as specified in the export rule.
