SimpleCDR-X

SimpleCDR-X is a software tool that was launched back in mid-June of 2001. The program's interface posed certain limitations, which urged the developers to upgrade to a GUI interface. The reason the developers chose not to use GTK-- instead of the hybrid is because a majority of people already had GTK+, whereas not everyone had GTK-- or wanted to download a file of 1.5 MB to compile or find the installation CDs.
