Stellar Converter for Office 365

I recently had the opportunity to try out Stellar Converter for Office 365, a powerful tool for exporting Office 365 mailbox data. One of the standout features is the ability to login into Office 365 account through its interface and readily connect with the mailboxes. You have the option to connect to a single mailbox hosted on Office 365 through individual user login or use administrator login to connect to all the mailboxes at one go.

Once connected, the software previews all mailbox items after loading the connected mailboxes. With a simple click, you can view folders and sub-folders stored in a mailbox through the preview screen. The preview also includes the email subject line, body text, sender and receiver ID, attachments, and more through a rich navigation tree.

Stellar Converter for Office 365 offers Quick Search for finding specific email items and media files. You can input the Sender or Receiver Email ID, Subject, or Sent Date to locate the emails. Simply type the keyword in the search bar for any of these parameters to find out specific emails or files.

This tool can export emails, email attachments, contacts, calendar items, tasks, and notes from user mailboxes on Office 365 account. Moreover, the software now allows you to export a single email, individual folder or specific subfolders from Office 365 mailboxes. It offers several filters for exporting specific items from Office 365 mailboxes.

The Exclude filter lets you exclude emails from Junk Mail and Deleted Mail. The Date Range filter allows you to include or exclude emails based on the start and end dates. Furthermore, the Sender ID filter lets you exclude emails from specific senders.

Overall, Stellar Converter for Office 365 is an excellent tool for anyone looking to export Office 365 mailbox data. Its plethora of features makes it easy to navigate and export specific items from Office 365 mailboxes. Highly recommended!
