Stereogram Explorer is user-friendly software that enables users to create high-quality hidden 3D graphics, known as Single Image Random Dot Stereograms (SIRDS) or Single Image Stereograms (SIS), famous from the "Magic Eye" series.

All users need to do to use this software is to select a 3DS file and change the scene parameters such as scale, rotation, and camera offset. The model selected is then displayed as a depth map with depth parameters being automatically recalculated on scene modification. There are several special options to control depth parameters. Stereogram animations from 3D models can also be rendered to AVI files.
Stereogram Explorer offers a range of exciting features, including a user-friendly interface, support for a variety of file types such as GIFs, JPEGs, PICTs, and BMPs, random dot stereograms (SIRDS), pattern or textured stereograms (SIS), automatic depth coefficient calculation for loaded 3D models, scaling, rotating and moving 3D models, generating AVI animation from 3D models, and exporting to BMP and JPG images.
The software also offers hidden-surface removal, complete absence of artifacts (ghosts), really smooth 3D images (oversampling up to 8 levels), blur effect (3 levels), and automatic texture and depth image bilinear resizing. Furthermore, all options are configurable, and users can choose to modify them to suit their preferences.
Finally, Stereogram Explorer supports a wide range of image file formats, including depth & texture image formats like BMP, JPG, PNG, TIFF, TGA, GIF, PCX, WMF, EMF, and 3D model formats such as 3DS, output image formats such as BMP, JPG, PNG, TGA, and output animation format such as AVI. Overall, Stereogram Explorer is an excellent software tool that offers a wide range of features and functionalities that users can leverage to create high-quality stereograms with ease.
