A WoW add-on designed to aid in healing assignments.
SurgeonGeneral is an add-on that aims to streamline healing assignments during raid scenarios. Its user-friendly interface simplifies the process of assigning tasks to healers, and reporting those assignments to /raid or a customized channel of your choice. With SurgeonGeneral, you can manage multiple phases of complex fights effortlessly.
The auto-fill button feature scans your raid group for healers and populates the addon with their names. It will promptly inform you if a player is out of inspection range. You can utilize the report to raid function to broadcast heal assignments to /raid when the report button is clicked. Alternatively, use the report to custom channel feature to report assignments to a personalized chat channel by entering the channel name in the box provided.
Choose the raid instance from the dropdown menu, and select a specific boss within the instance with the boss name dropdown menu. The copy/paste/save feature offers convenience. Copy and paste the current assignments, phase names, and checkboxes for the selected boss encounter. These changes aren't permanent yet, but saving them will keep them permanently. Notably, healer names are not saved as they vary too much to be worth saving.
SurgeonGeneral adopts class icons to the left of a healer's name. Class icons are displayed only if the healer is in your raid or party group. You can drag the icon to swap healer names effortlessly. SurgeonGeneral is a time-saving tool that improves the healing process efficiently.
